Once you have made any sort of payment, you are automatically bound to our terms and conditions immediately. Whether that be through our online payment system, cash, cheque or by bank transfer. Should you need to move onto another course date at a later stage, the decision will be under the discretion of the practitioner leading the course and will be dependent on their current circumstances. Otherwise, you agree to committing to attend the date you have originally signed up to. In signing up to one of our courses online, cash, cheque or by bank transfer, you state that the information given on the registration form or to the practitioner is true to the best of your knowledge and that you are enrolling in the HypnoBirthing course of your own free will and with the understanding that this is a programme designed to teach you to use your own natural abilities to bring your mind and body into a state of relaxation. You further understand that the content of this course is in no way intended to represent medical advice nor is it a prescription for a medical procedure.  You are also aware that you should seek the advice of a medical doctor or midwife to answer any medical or health-related issues surrounding your pregnancy, labour or delivery. You therefore agree that you will not hold the instructor of the Hypnobirthing course, or  Mucha Mama, responsible for any medical issues Participant Cancellation The fee will be repaid promptly and in full minus the cost of the materials already received and a 25% admin fee. This is ONLY if your baby arrives before the course starts, or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made. Intellectual property Any recording or written material included as part of this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Mucha Mama or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission. The participant agrees not to record the course or any part thereof. Data Protection The participant also agrees that Mucha Mama and/or any Mucha Mama hypnobirthing instructor shall hold your details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you are able to view your individual file by giving not less than seven days'  written notice. Disclaimer Participation in Hypnobirthing classes in any part or in total by any person or third party is undertaken with the understanding by any persons or third party that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against Mucha Mama and its instructors, or its representatives under any circumstances whatsoever. Agreement Any booking of a Hypnobirthing class assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale. In the event of a dispute, English law pertains.
